Lt. Col. Namanya, an OB of 1984-1990 and a brother to another Musiniya & former Head Prefect Nkwasiibwe Benson Rwebandira aka Nkwaben is our topic this time.
The genius in him, like any other alumni of the only Siniya, just couldn’t go unnoticed at the Senior Command Course that was completed on 30th June 2022 at Kimaka where he was the best all rounder student.
